Flavored E-Liquid Sales are Restricted in Certain Locations

Please note that Smoke Club does not ship flavored e-liquids to locations where they are banned, including the state of New Jersey.


Current Shipping Availability by State

Shipping will continue as usual to states marked in green. For states marked in red and orange, we’re hopeful that regulations may change, allowing us to serve those areas in the future.

PACT Act Update

In December 2020, the PACT Act was updated to include e-cigarettes, vapes, e-liquids, and vape accessories. Starting March 27, 2021, online retailers must collect state and local taxes on these items and require an Adult Signature (21+) for deliveries. Shipping carriers no longer transport vape products, so we may have limited shipping options initially. We’re working to expand coverage and will show available options at checkout.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We usually process orders in 24-48 business hours, with most sent out within 24 hours. If you chose paid shipping, your order gets priority. Once ready, you’ll get an email with a tracking link showing it’s on the way with USPS. Shipping times are estimated.

 

Why Is My Order Late?
USPS handles a lot of packages, so tracking might not update right away. While USPS is usually fast, delays can happen. If there’s a delay, please contact USPS directly. We don’t guarantee shipping times, and shipping fees aren’t refundable through us.
